Welcome to The Twin Flame Alchemist (www.thetwinflamealchemist.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online courses and coaching services (“Services”) provided by The Twin Flame Alchemist. By purchasing or accessing the Course or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
Sessions & Consultations are provided as a courtesy to current and prospective clients and are conducted based on a mutually agreed-upon schedule. By booking a Session or Consultation, you agree to the following strict cancellation and rescheduling terms:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled Session or Consultation, and you have not rescheduled or canceled the consultation through the appointment link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance, the consultation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no rescheduling or rebooking for another free consultation will be offered.
If you fail to show up for a scheduled Session or Consultation without prior notice or rescheduling through the appointment link in your confirmation email, the consultation will be terminated, and no rescheduling for another free consultation will be provided.
If you forfeit or fail to show up for your any free Consultation, you will be required to book a full 1-hour consultation with a deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the cost of a full 7-session private coaching package, should you decide to proceed with booking the package.
These policies are in place to respect the time and energy invested in offering these consultations and to ensure availability for clients who are committed to their journey. By booking, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out prior to booking.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Please make sure you’re fully aligned before purchasing, as there is no “trying it out” or “changing your mind” once access is granted.
– Private Consultations or Coaching Sessions:All payments for consultations & coaching sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.If you cancel later than 24 hours before your session (i.e., with less than 24 hours’ notice), no refund or credit will be issued.

– Changing Your Mind or Life Circumstances:Coaching and course enrollment is for those who are truly ready to do the work. If you “change your mind,” experience financial shifts, or simply decide not to attend or participate—these are not valid grounds for a refund. Life happens, and so does resistance. I invite you to use that as part of your process, not an exit.
– Transfers or Pauses:There are no pauses, transfers, or deferrals allowed once a course or coaching program begins. Your access window begins at purchase. Use it or lose it.
